We will provide the purchaser with a UK dormant company incorporated on 19th January 2024 that has never traded, its name was changed to Business Assistance Limited on 19th September 2024. None of the business assets of the previously named company Business Assistance Limited incorporated on 26th October 1962 are included in the sale.

What is still owned by the Founding Director:
All “Business Assistance Domains” offered for sale on this website are registered in the personal name of the Founding Durector of Business Assistance Ltd and not his Company. He was made a director of the dormant company Business Assistance Ltd on 20th September 2024 to facilitate its transfer to the purchaser and he will resign immediately afterwards. On 26th September 2024 he purchased the Copyright content of past and current web-sites that publicised the previous Business Assistance Ltd’s consultancy services, its brass registered office plate and other items not being needed or being used by either of the commercial or residential tenants.

No information on past clients of the previously named company Business Assistance Limited is included because Consultations with ALL clients were undertaken on a strictly confidential basis on the understanding that specific details, problems and identities would never be revealed without their permission unless the company was legally obliged to do so.
